In 2007 the brewery relaunched production after a comprehensive extension and modernization.
Brewtech’s team worked out successfully the Master Plan for the combined extension and modernisation in order to enable high quality production. After the tender the services were continued by supervision of installation works. Brewtech’s ability to develop a beer recipe achieved again a great award winning Lager beer, which is called “Caybrew"
The Cayman Islands Brewery Ltd. enjoyed the full advantage of an engineering contract with Brewtech GmbH.
