Modernisation / Reactivation

Brewtech GmbH provides also the service to dismantle
a plant, recondition it and rebuild it at another location. Obviously
existing plants can be modernised / renovated / extended at site
and the options selected by Brewtech GmbH allow the client to modernise
the plant with a most cost effective alternative to a new installation.

Examples: In Antigua/West Indies a brewery has
been erected in 1992/1993. The initial plant existed mainly of used,
overhauled machinery and machinery parts, but spread over several
years the brewery has been equipped with modern new technology.
Today, this highly efficient reconditioned plant meets the modern
standards imposed on the brewing industry and has been equipped
with high-quality outdoor cylindroconical fermenting tanks. The
modernisation includes some of the most technologically advanced
equipment to implement good production control. |
In Ufa/Russia Brewtech GmbH has delivered a
brewery plant including the necessary building. The already existing
bottling hall has been integrated. This brewery was erected by Brewtech
GmbH within 10 months. This OAO Amstar brewery is designed according
to the latest technology with a present annual capacity of 200,000
hl (expandable to 300,000 hl). For this project a second-hand brewhouse
was overhauled and fully automated and additional 12 new cylindroconical
tanks were installed, each of 1,400 hl. |
